Three-day processing for in-stock DUMPED orders
Effective October 30, 2026.
In-stock DUMPED physical orders are processed within 3 days after order placement and payment confirmation. Processing includes preparing, assembling, and packing your order before it is handed to a carrier. Processing time does not include carrier transit time.
Pre-orders and third-party items
Pre-order, made-to-order, print-on-demand, or third-party-fulfilled items may have a different timeframe when disclosed on the product page or at checkout. Books purchased directly from Amazon and other third-party marketplace purchases are processed and shipped by those retailers under their own delivery terms.
Rates, destinations, and delivery
Available shipping methods and charges appear at checkout based on your items and delivery address. We ship to the destinations available in checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on the selected carrier service and destination, and begin after carrier handoff. Tracking details will be sent when available.
Address changes and delays
Please check your shipping address before ordering. If you notice an error, contact hotjaded@gmail.com promptly. We cannot guarantee an address change after dispatch.
If we learn we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you, explain the revised estimated shipment date if known, and offer a delay or cancellation with refund as required by law. For an order that is delayed or missing in transit, email your order number so we can review the situation.
